What is Kooabô’s cancellation policy?

We are sorry to see that you need to cancel your Kooabô experience! Did you know that you can reschedule for another date?

If you decide to cancel your reservation, here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy:

Cancelling a Confirmed Reservation

Once a customer reserves an experience on Kooabô, they have a 24-hour window after sending the booking request to cancel their reservation without any penalty. A refund will not apply less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience. If an experience is cancelled more than 7 days before the trip, the customer will receive a 100% refund. If an experience is cancelled by the Kooabô host, the customer will receive a 100% refund. This takes into account the start time of the tour in the experience time zone.

Same-day or within 24-hour Bookings

If the booking was made on the same day or the day before the experience, meaning the departure time is within 24 hours, no refund will apply.

Cancelling an Unconfirmed Reservation

All request bookings must be confirmed by the Kooabô host within 48 hours. If you cancel an unconfirmed reservation within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
